The FED implemented a project "National Business Agenda in Bulgaria" financed by Center for International Private Enterprises (CIPE) - Washington.
Discussion was organized with firms and business organizations on national, regional and local level and in 5 sectors - food processing, agriculture, tourism, apparel production and crafts as well as with the network of JOBS project of UNDP and MLSP of Bulgaria. One National and five branch Business agendas were designed on the basis of proposals for improvement of the business climate in Bulgaria. The "bottom-up" approach was used.
The 6 Business agendas were presented to the government and Parliament.
